General information

 

• We are located in Belgium.
• All the prices that are shown on the website, includes 21% VAT, without shipping costs.

 

Delivery / Retour

 

• All the shipping costs are shown after you have entered the model in your shopping cart and filled in your shipping details. 
• The model will be shipped after we received the payment, delivery time inside the EU is maximum 5 days.
• All models are brand new, directly from the manufacturer. We will do a first check if the model is in mint condition, if not, we will sort things out with the manufacturer and try to arrange a new model. 
• We are not responsible for damage during shipping, but if there is an issue, we can always discuss this and try to work things out.
• When a model needs to be returned towards us, we will send a retour label towards you by email. Please carefully pack the model in the same box and attach the retour label on the box to send it back to us.

 

Pre order

 

• We fairly ask a deposit amount, normally around 10% of the total amount.
• Pre ordering is an agreement. Which means you lose the deposit amount if you cancel your pre order for any reason. If you cancel it to buy or pre order another model, we can negotiate.

• It is our number one priority to have a good contact with our customers, trust is very important. So if there is anything we can do, let us know. We are happy to help.
